How Much Does a Wedding Planner Cost?
The cost of a wedding planner depends on the level of service you need. Here’s a general pricing breakdown:
Full-Service Planning: Typically ranges from $5,000 – $12,000, depending on the complexity of the event.
Partial Planning: Expect to pay between $2,500 – $6,000.
Day-of Coordination: Prices start at around $1,700 – $3,200.

We were so lucky to have Jodie as our coordinator for our wedding in Pemberton! Throughout the whole process leading up to our event, Jodie brought her bubbly personality to all our chats and she was timely, professional, and kept us on track for a mainly DIY wedding. She gave us homework to make sure we got everything done on time which alleviated so much stress leading up to the day.
Jodie ran our rehearsal and timed out our long processional song to a tee so that everything lined up perfectly on the big day. After the rehearsal the father of the bride even said, "wow she knows what she's doing!". Couldn't agree more.
Day of was a smooth as could be! Jodie and Lauren executed everything perfectly and we both felt completely stress free. We remember thinking afterwards, we didn't even know what was going on behind the scenes but just all of a sudden things just happened! We moved through the day- ceremony, to cocktail hour to reception without any hiccups. Without even knowing it - catering was all set up and serving canapés, chairs were moved, florals were set up and repurposed, a full second bar was created, decor was all set up, and so much more) - just like magic.
